Navigating around in Plan and Elevation modes is much the same as PowerCADD.

1. Reduce to Fit VIEW/REDUCE TO FIT:

Reduce zoom factor to make the contents fit the window.

Shortcut : Cmd F

2. Zoom

Tool Bar item: Click on or rubber band (click and drag) around the area to zoom.

Shortcut : Z

Zoom ALT to zoom out.

The most rapid and fluid method of Zooming however is the Scroll wheel on the mouse. Try it; you'll love it!
The location of the mouse pointer will act as the focus of the zoom, in or out.

3. Pan

Same as PowerCADD.

Shortcut : Space Bar

All the navigation tools work on the fly. This means they do not interrupt an operation. You can carry on with any tool operation while zooming and or Panning.
