Navigating around in 3D View has of course no equivalent in PowerCADD. So you need to learn some new tools. There are quite a few tools for navigating your way around. Some will be familiar (Zoom for example is similar to its 2D equivalent) but others are unique. You'll need to be familiar with the basic methods.
3D navigation uses the analogy of a Camera and Target:
The Camera as the name implies is the view point from which you see a 3D model.
The
Target is the point of focus towards which the Camera is directed. This is
indicated by a cross hair (which can be toggled on and off in the VIEW
Menu item).
